SES Holdings Pte. Ltd. SES has previously announced that it entered into a business combination agreement with Ivanhoe Capital Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: IVAN) (“Ivanhoe”), a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), pursuant to which SES will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ivanhoe.
