Based on the shared ambitions of Farasis Energy and Beyonder, to accelerate the green transition and therethrough advance sustainable mobility, the companies have also signed a mutually exclusive Memorandum of Understanding to jointly develop, market, and deliver a high-end 48V mobility module to a renowned European OEM for use in mild-hybrid vehicles.
The module will combine Beyonder’s high-power cell technology BePowered and Farasis Energy’s production capacity and know-how, technical capabilities, and market strength.
The market for 12V and 48V solutions for the mobility market is forecasted to drive significant volumes in the coming years, where Beyonder’s battery technology, characterized by high-power, long cycle life and high safety level, possesses unique properties for such applications.
