NuVant Systems, an A3 Global company, announced that it has released a new version of its flagship product, the EVc-30™ hybrid vehicle battery reconditioner. The EVc-30 was launched in 2016 and is now deployed worldwide to vehicle shop owners and fleet managers.
The system provides battery state of health, and repairs, balances, and reconditions hybrid vehicle battery cells, allowing the original batteries to stay in the vehicle and on the road longer. The product improvements will enhance efficiency and improve reliability.

The EVc-30 gives shop owners a new revenue line to service hybrid vehicles as we transition from combustion engine vehicles to hybrid and electric vehicles.
“For vehicle owners, having their battery reconditioned is an alternative to buying a new battery, which adds costs and has an environmental impact.”
Key product enhancements include: higher voltage power supply, 3D printed cooling box with a cable organizer, improved safety features, software update with automated module selection feature (Pack Builder™), upgraded laptop computer, updated manual, and field calibration tool. The updated version starts shipping in August.
NuVant Systems plans to launch a lithium-ion battery version in late 2022 for electric vehicle batteries.
