Morrow Batteries ASA (“Morrow”) announces the appointment of Steffen Føreid as Chief Financial Officer. Føreid brings considerable capital markets and strategic management expertise, setting the stage for Morrow’s expansive industrial growth.

Føreid joins Morrow from the position of Interim CFO at Gen2 Energy AS. Previously, he held CFO positions at Freyr Battery AS, Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd, and Höegh LNG Partners LP.
With experience in LNG infrastructure, battery manufacturing, hydrogen value chain, and oil & gas services, besides corporate finance, Føreid brings unparalleled knowledge to Morrow. His accomplishments, highlighted by two IPOs and one de-SPAC across the NYSE and Oslo Børs, and almost USD 5.0 billion of funding over the years, underscore his formidable capital markets acumen.
As Steffen Føreid takes the reins of financial management, Morrow stands poised to tap into a number of promising opportunities.
