Strategic partner brings regional reach while IBAT contributes commercial modular DLE platform

VANCOUVER, British Columbia & PLANO, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–International Battery Metals Ltd. (β€œIBAT”) (TSXV: IBAT) & (OTCQB: IBATF), an advanced technology provider of modular direct lithium extraction (DLE) systems, today announced it has entered into an 18-month exclusive collaboration agreementwith a major Middle East energy services provider to jointly pursue direct lithium extraction (DLE) opportunities across the region. The agreement contemplates joint participation in proposals and tenders.
