Forenom and Real Eiendomsforvaltning have signed a contract with FREYR Battery to provide housing for new employees in Mo i Rana.
Brigitte Skjefstad, Head of Talent Acquisition at FREYR, said:
In order to succeed in recruiting to the extent freyr battery needs, housing will be a critical factor. Without a good place to live, it will be difficult to obtain the necessary expertise.
We expect several hundred new employees in the next few years to work in the factory, most of whom currently live outside the region.

FREYR Battery has both employees who come alone and those who move with family, so all types of housing units will be relevant.
Real Property Management, which is part of the Bohlin Group, will assist with site inspections and viewings for FREYR Battery’s new employees.
Thomas Bohlin, general manager of Real Property Management South, said:
“We have also been asked to rectify, rehabilitate and fix small deficiencies on behalf of the landlord, so that the property can be rented out,”
“We are used to assisting with professional management of housing cooperatives, condominiums and commercial buildings, so this falls naturally into our portfolio,” says Thomas.
