Electrovaya, Inc. (“Electrovaya” or the “Company”) (TSX: ELVA; OTCQB: EFLVD) a leading lithium-ion battery technology and manufacturing company, announce that the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC has approved the listing of Electrovaya’s common shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”). The Company will commence trading on Nasdaq under the symbol “ELVA” at the opening of trading on Thursday, July 6, 2023 and will continue to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol “TSX:ELVA”.
