E-magy Wins Best Startup Award at CES 2025 Cross-Border Pitching Competition

Leading innovator in silicon anode technology honoured with prestigious Best Startup Award as the grand winner of the CES 2025 cross-border pitching competition

LAS VEGAS – 15 January, 2025E-magy, a leading innovator in silicon anode technology specialising in nanoporous silicon for lithium-ion batteries, is proud to have been awarded the Best Startup at the CES 2025 Cross-Border Pitching Competition. The competition featured 10 companies, with two representatives each from The Netherlands, South Korea, Taiwan, Japan and Switzerland. The winners were determined through a combination of scores from 10 expert judges and votes from media participants.

E-magy was recognised for revolutionising Li-ion batteries with its innovative silicon anode material. E-magy’s technology significantly enhances energy density by up to 40% and enables 3x faster charging, driving advancements in electric mobility, consumer electronics and drones. This groundbreaking approach set the company apart in the competition, securing the top spot and the accompanying cash prize.
